DAY 01 – (Colombo)

DAY 02 – (Kitulgala / Newara Eliya)

After early  Breakfast leave for Kitulgala, which is just 2 hours away from Colombo. It’s a sleepy town, located between the West Coast and the Central Highlands of Sri Lanka.  Kitulgala is famous for  Adventure Sports including Mountain Biking, Tracking, Bird Watching and the Most Attractive of All is  White Water Rafting. All this is done under expert guidance . This is also the site where David Lean’s world-famous film “Bridge over River Kwai” was filmed.
Then proceed to Nuwara Eliya which is a scenic Hill Resort in Srilanka, blessed with sprawling tea gardens, gorgeous hill and stimulating mountains. Nuwara Eliya produces the world best tea leaves and so it is considered to be the heart of Srilanka. Also the highest mountain Pidurutalagala (8282 feet) and the 18 holes golf course considered to be the finest in Asia is located here.Dinner & overnight in Nuwara Eliya

DAY 03 – (Horton Plains / Kandy)

Early morning leave the Hotel with picnic breakfast for an excursion to Horton Plains by private jeep. Horton plains is a protected nature reserve, the highest plateau in Sri Lanka. Nature lovers will love this wide, Patna-grass-covered plain, the home of several wild yet harmless animals and the home for many species of birds.  Bridal paths through the plains will take you to the ‘lover’s leap’ precipice, popularly referred to as ‘Worlds End’, a sheer drop of over 1000m.
The view when it is clear of mist is magnificent. Also, visit Baker’s falls in the Horton Plains.  Afterward, proceed to Kandy and en-route – visit a tea plantation and a tea factory, where the best tea in the world is produced. Here you could observe the whole process of manufacturing tea. You can also see how tea is graded. Taste a cup of Fresh Pure Ceylon Tea in the Factory.  – Do a city tour of Kandy – a World Heritage Site. Drive around the Kandy Lake, the Kandy Town and Bazaar, the Arts and Crafts Centre, a Gem Museum and a Lapidary. the Temple of  the Tooth Relic which houses the Most Sacred Buddhist Relic in the world, the Tooth of Lord Buddha.Dinner & Overnight in Kandy.

DAY 04 – (Kandy / Pinnawala)

After Breakfast visit the Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya, provides an amazing variety of trees, plants and flowers. And do not miss the Orchid House with over 300 varieties of Orchids.
Proceed to Pinnawala The Elephant Orphanage which boasts to have the largest herd of captive elephants in the world.  Most of them are baby elephants. The elephants are fed at the orphanage and bathed in the nearby river twice a day, which will be an unforgettable experience for you. Pinnawala Elephant orphanage is treated as one of the largest breeding centers in the world.
Arrive on the Beach in Negombo in the afternoon for some well-earned rest.

DAY 05 & 06  – (Negombo)
May be you can take a walk down the Fishing Village or go on a boat ride etc..Negombo is a characteristic fishing town north of Colombo. Set amid lush groves of coconut palms, it breathes the spirit of the sea. Negombo is a Gourmet’s Paradise with Plenty of Sea Food .
